01

Why speed is cheaper

One pass through a project costs less than stopping and restarting. Fast records keep us in that mode, and the savings show up in your fee.

02

If the window passes

Records arrive after day 15 and the standard rate applies. Automatic, no renegotiation, and the work proceeds the same.

The fee is the only thing that changes with time. The study never does.

What the fee buys

The deliverable
01

The study

Qualified costs tied to named projects, built from the records you already keep.

02

The memo and exhibits

The documentation an examiner would ask for, written before anyone asks for it.

03

Examination support

If the return is picked up, the people who wrote the study answer for it. Included at no added cost.

Common questions

What are the exact rates?

They are set in the engagement letter and walked through on the first call, before you sign anything. Book a call and we will put them in front of you.

What counts as records in?

The document list we hand you at signing. It is built from things you already have, and the first call covers exactly what is on it.

What if no credit is found?

The first call answers that before anything is signed. If we do not believe the credit clears the fee with room to spare, we say so and no engagement is proposed.

Do you cover federal and state?

Both. The study covers federal and state programs, with the assumptions behind each number written out.

Referring a client rather than claiming for your own business? The partner page covers how that works. The guides cover what qualifies before the call.

The exact terms take one call.

Book a call and we will walk through the rates, the timeline, and what your credit could be worth. The call costs nothing.
